Accessibility for All

CCW Hub LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience and continuously work to improve the accessibility of our platform.

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

At CCW Hub, we believe that everyone deserves equal access to quality firearms training and education. We are committed to making our platform usable by all people, regardless of ability or technology.

Our accessibility efforts are guided by the principles of:

  • Perceivable: Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive

  • Robust: Content must be robust enough to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies

CCW Hub aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and improve usability for all users.

2.1 WCAG 2.1 Level AA Compliance

We strive to meet the following WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria:

5. Known Limitations and Ongoing Work

While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge the following known limitations that we are actively working to address:

5.1 Current Limitations

  • Third-Party Content: Some instructor-uploaded images may lack proper alt text. We are educating instructors on accessibility best practices.
  • Legacy PDF Documents: Older PDF certificates may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents.

5.2 Mobile App Considerations

We are developing native mobile applications and are committed to ensuring they meet iOS and Android accessibility standards, including:
