Tell us about the event first. Free community events like Ladies Day are exactly what we built this for. For ticketed events we will talk through the scope with you and give you a number before anything gets built, so there is no cost you have not already agreed to.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a large event, and we have turned smaller ones around faster than that. If your date is close, say so in the form and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.
A date, a venue, and one person we can reach. After that we need your waiver text or your Smartwaiver account, the roles you want volunteers to sign up for, and someone who can approve the copy that goes out to attendees.
No. We send them a check-in link that opens on their own phone. There is nothing to install and no sign-in, and the link only does check-in for your event.
We work with Smartwaiver today. If you use something else, tell us in the form and we will look at it. Otherwise we collect waivers natively and you get every signed copy, matched to the attendee before they reach the line.
No. Hosting an event with us stands on its own. If you want the year-round platform for your regular classes afterward it is there, but nothing about your event depends on it.
