Students cancel, or move to another date of the same event at the same ticket price, right from their portal when you allow it, up to the cutoff you set. No phone call to you.

One plan for your events
$99/mo and 4% + $1.50 per paid ticket
The ticket fee applies to paid tickets only. Free registrations cost nothing extra until you pass the monthly included count.

What does this cost?
The Events plan is $99/mo and 4% + $1.50 per paid ticket, plus card processing. The ticket fee is paid by the buyer unless you choose to cover it yourself, free tickets carry no ticket fee, and 1,200 free registrations a month are included, then $0.35 each.
Can I set it up myself, or will your team do it with me?
Either. You can set up the event, the tickets, and the door check-in yourself from the organizer dashboard, or tell us about your event and our team sets it up with you.
Do our door staff need accounts?
No. Each volunteer gets a check-in link that opens on their own phone, with no app and no sign-in. The link works only for your event, and you can turn the links off at any time.
More questions
Can attendees cancel or change dates without calling us?
When you allow it, yes. Attendees cancel or move to another date of the same event from their portal, within the limits you set. A ticket moves at the same price. Invited tickets can't be changed online, so those attendees contact you.
Can people register a group?
Yes. One person registers the party, and at the door one scan of their QR code brings up everyone in it.
How do waivers work?
Our team sets up your waiver with you, as our own online waiver or through Smartwaiver or WaiverForever. When a waiver is required, check-in shows who has signed and will not check someone in until they have.
Do we have to move our whole business onto CCW Hub?
No. Hosting an event with us stands on its own. If you want the year-round platform for your regular classes afterward it is there, but nothing about your event depends on it.
