Welcome to CCW Hub
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CCW Hub platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using CCW Hub (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CCW Hub LLC ("CCW Hub," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Verify enforceability of arbitration clause and class action waiver across all US states.
2. Description of Service
CCW Hub is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that connects certified firearms instructors ("Instructors") with individuals seeking firearms training ("Students"). Our services include:
- For Instructors: Tools to create and manage class listings, accept bookings, process payments, manage locations, communicate with students, and track earnings.
- For Students: Search and discovery of firearms classes, online booking and payment, class reminders, and access to booking history.
- Payment Processing: Secure payment processing via Stripe Connect, including payment collection, platform fee deduction, and instructor payouts.
- Communications: Email notifications, booking confirmations, class reminders, and messaging between instructors and students.
CCW Hub is a technology platform only. We do not provide firearms instruction, verify instructor credentials beyond basic documentation review, or assume responsibility for the quality or safety of classes offered through the Platform.
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Ensure disclaimer language adequately limits liability for third-party instructor conduct.

3.1 Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

- Immediately notify CCW Hub of any certification or license suspensions, revocations, or changes
3.4 Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.
4. Booking and Payments
4.1 Class Bookings
Students may book classes through the Platform by selecting a class, providing required information, and submitting payment. A booking is confirmed when the student receives a confirmation email.
By confirming a booking, the student enters into a direct contract with the Instructor for the provision of training services. CCW Hub acts solely as a payment processor and technology platform facilitator.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and authorize CCW Hub to charge your payment method for the full booking amount.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
4.3 Payment Security
CCW Hub does not store your complete credit card information. All payment data is encrypted and securely transmitted to Stripe for processing. We are PCI-DSS compliant through our payment processor.
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Verify payment processing language complies with Stripe's terms and applicable payment regulations.
5. Platform Fees
5.1 Revenue Split
CCW Hub operates on an 80/20 revenue split model for all class bookings:
- Instructor Share: 80% of the gross booking amount (before payment processing fees)
- Platform Fee: 20% of the gross booking amount
The platform fee covers technology infrastructure, payment processing, customer support, marketing, and ongoing platform development.
5.2 Payment Processing Fees
In addition to the platform fee, Stripe charges standard payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These fees are deducted from the instructor's 80% share.
Example: For a $100 class booking:
- Platform receives: $20.00 (20%)
- Instructor receives before Stripe fees: $80.00 (80%)
- Stripe processing fee: ~$2.62 (2.9% of $80 + $0.30)
- Instructor net payout: ~$77.38
5.3 Fee Changes
We reserve the right to modify platform fees with 60 days' advance notice to all active Instructors. Fee changes will not apply to bookings already confirmed at the time of the change.
5.4 Instructor Payouts
Instructor earnings are automatically transferred to their connected Stripe account within 7 business days of class completion. To receive payouts, Instructors must:
- Complete Stripe Connect onboarding
- Provide valid bank account information
- Maintain an account in good standing
- Comply with all applicable tax reporting requirements
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm revenue split structure and fee modification terms are clearly enforceable.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Instructor Cancellations
If an Instructor cancels a confirmed class:
- Students must receive a full refund within 5 business days
- Instructors must provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible
- The platform fee is waived for instructor-initiated cancellations
- Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension or termination
- Instructors may be subject to penalties for cancellations without reasonable notice
6.2 Student Cancellations
Instructors set their own cancellation policies, which are clearly displayed during the booking process. Typical policies include:
- Flexible: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before class; 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before; no refund within 2 days
- Moderate: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before; 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before; no refund within 6 days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6.3 Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergency, illness, or extenuating circumstances, students may request special consideration from the Instructor. CCW Hub may mediate disputes but has no obligation to override an Instructor's cancellation policy.
